刘雪蕊，太阳成集团旅游学系副教授、副主任，硕士生导师，江苏省“双创博士”，美国酒店业协会注册饭店培训师认证（Certificated Hospitality Educator，CHE）。香港理工大学酒店与旅游业管理学院博士，英国萨里大学酒店及旅游管理学院硕士，美国天普大学美—亚旅游酒店研究中心访问学者。曾在华侨城集团北京欢乐谷、英国Aviator酒店有过从业经历。担任江苏省旅游学会青年分会常务理事。
